COORDINATOR DUTIES

Before service begins- determine who are Chalice lighter,
who gave flowers, and if there will be Youth Religious Education
presentation and how that will be coordinated time- wise.
1. Collect announcements from fellowship members.-there are extra sheets of
paper in the BLUE Bag so that you can firmly ask members to write out their
announcements ---- Save all of the announcements so you
can type them up and forward on to Jan so they can be emailed to list.
Announce the Next Gathering Time by giving the topic
and along with who is the coordinator( in case anyone wishes to email / mail
announcement in advance)
