- WHEN: The wheelchair accessible van is available for doctors' appointments and errands from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Monday through Friday. The second van is available Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays for trips to and from the Riddle Community Center.
- WHERE: The vans travel between Canyonville, Myrtle Creek, Riddle and Tri City.

The Tri-City Center No longer offers senior services All meals will be served at Riddle Community Center and Offers
Cards pool and games are available every Tuesday, Thursday
and Friday at the Center. Bingo is called every Tuesday, Thursday, and
Friday at 11a.m.. Shopping in Roseburg every Wednesday 8 a.m. Lunch is
served Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 12 p.m.. The Riddle Community Center
is located at the Community Center, 123 Parkside,
Riddle , Oregon.
Sandy Clardy is the Senior Service Coordinator.
Transportation is available to the
Riddle dining site, medical appointments and shopping (South County
Only)call 839-4495 or 874-2234.
Canyonville
The Canyonville office is located in the South County Health and Social Services Department offices at 247 N. Main. Office hours are Monday and Wednesday, 8 AM to Noon and from 1 to 5 PM.

Blood pressures are taken at the drop in clinics held Mondays, 1 to 4 PM and Thursday, 9 to 11 AM. At a glance,

The Senior Services Division works in cooperation with older persons to
maintain and enhance the well being of older persons in Douglas County. The Senior
Services Division provides: social services, congregate meals, home-delivered meals,
in-home services, medical services, and volunteer services which includes RSVP and Senior
