The Cylon Armada is a heavy fighter based race. When we talk of brute force races, none fits the description as perfectly as the Cylons. They possess a number of useful and heavily armed carriers, which they call "basestars". With the ability to construct new fighters aboard ship, these carriers are highly dangerous because they can reload while rampaging through enemy territory. Like the Empire, they possess just one torpedo based ship, however that's all they need since they lay 4x as many mines as everybody else. |
