As mentioned by Pegasus on the VRCC Tech Board on May 7th, 2003, “Forget about getting any service parts from Honda to replace your relay in your Honda Fog Light Set!”
Chet’s FAQ at http://www.rattlebars.com/valkfaq/ explains that Pegasus ended up cutting the original wires and then inserting a generic Bosch relay.

While I was in Zanesville in July 2003 for the Inzane 3 rally, Bagger John rode out to an AutoZone autoparts store with me and pointed out a relay that fit the bill.

The Pilot relay model number on the packaging card is PL-RY1.

Cost at AutoZone: $4.99 in U.S. funds. Now we’re talkin’!

Plug and Play

I have purchased the relay and then Bagger John tried it on his I/S. It worked like a charm! As you can see in the pic, this relay is a perfect replacement for the OEM relay.

Other Relays that Also Work:

Videovalk has purchased a relay which also works. It is from Honda CR-V- the little SUV---- Honda # 39797-SEO-004--. Cost: approximately $35.00 in Canadian funds.

Copperhead has mentioned purchasing relay AR355 at UAP/NAPA for approximately $30.00 in U.S. funds. This is also a "plug and play".
