| I have an old carton
box with old African singles and I don't even know myself what is inside,
so I decided to do myself and hopefully also you a favour by picking one
out every week to listen to.
And believe me, I was equally surprised to find this gem in the box. I would say it's from the '70's and although it's pressed in Zambia it sounds like Swahili to me, so probably it's from Kenya or Tanzania. It's played by ORCH. SAFARIS - NKOY; the A-side, a nice slow Soul song, "TWIKALE PAKA NAWE" and the B-side, the lively Dancing tune "SINA NDUGU" have this fine organ sounds like you could hear in the music of the Animals & Them in England in the '60's.
