This program doesn't compress the bitmaps for the animations yet.
Cannot place 2 characters in the same .mcc file
Included .mcm file is broken on most systems, but the one included in the .mcc file is valid once the .mcc is extracted.
DirectX teardown code unfinished, so the app consumes more memory than may be necessary at times.
Installer may reject some WIn 9x/Me series installs. For this reason, a new release will not be forth coming until after Win 2k Sp1 is released, to see if that rectifies the issue.
