AllAdvantage is currently paying $.50 USD per hour for up to 25 hours per month. These guys were one of the first to start the PAY-TO-SURF programs.

Spedia pays in Ad Points which can be converted into money at the end of every month. You get points for using their AdBar, playing games on their homepage, and signing up for programs that they offer. Most of the programs that they offer are free.

There are more to come, these are just the ones that I know are legitamate, and have started paying out. I have a couple more that I will post once they have started.
Remember---- You can seriously increase your revenue from these programs by getting referals (getting other people to sign up) These companies will also give you a percentage of the money they earn, but without cutting into their profits, So everybody benefits.
