It is after the Civil War during a time when people are moving west to strike it rich mining for gold. However, our story takes place in a small town in Texas by the name of Cala del Oso (Bear Creek). Since Cala Del Oso is a town located close to the Mexican border, the Spanish influence in the town is great. The DoubleStar Saloon is just one of the many businesses in this small town.
