A Merchant Account allows
you to accept credit card payments. These accounts are set up
by your bank. We have had one for a decade or so and I can't
remember the details of signing up. I suggest you contact your
bank.
There are many organizations
out there offering to set up merchant accounts. I get the junk
email everyday. I just typed merchant+account into Altavista and it came up with almost 29,000
documents. I suggest you do the same if you don't have a sympathetic
bank.
