Banners are a necessary evil. Without banners on your pages, none of the services (such as web hosting, guestbook hosting, message boards) would be free. None of this would be possible. The banner at the bottom of this page is an example. It is tracking traffic to this site.

Your web site will have a 'WebProvider' banner at the bottom of the pages. By paying WebProvider $5 US per month (not a fortune) the banner is removed.

If you choose the 'Stats' option, there will be a second banner at the bottom of your home page. It will contain hidden code used for tracking your sites visitors, as well as promoting MyComputer.com, who provide the service.

Your guestbook pages and message board pages will have banners advertising their services, as will your shop site. The placement of these is not up to us.

Most web surfers are used to banners. They are certainly less obtrusive than TV commercials
