I started The Hand's Eye Project in June 1998 as an exercise in web design. Owing to the popularity of photography as a hobby, the site had since been registering an average of 4.11 hits per day. There was even one day when the site registered 99 hits. Not astronomical, I know, but considering that this is just a personal website, it was a nice surprise.

The biggest part of this site is The Wall -- a collection of images of the Philippines. The images were recorded using Pentax 35mm photographic equipment. I have also included a Photo Equipment section composed of writings regarding the photographic equipment used in creating The Wall. If you are interested in any of the writings, you can download a text version from the Download page. From there you can also download an executable screensaver file which is a slideshow of some images from The Wall.

I hope you enjoy this site. Please don't forget to sign my guest book.
