House Sales
If I say to you, when you have no house, no place to live, "I will sell you a house. You don't get to see it before you decide and I won't tell you how much it costs, but you just make the payments and I'll let you know when it's enough." Do you think that would be a smart deal to make? If you miss a few payments you don't know if you've forfeited or not. You never hear from me again. You don't even know if I'm getting your payments or how many more you have to make or what the house will look like, assuming you DO get the darned thing paid off. All you have is my word that the house is going to be great! Sound like a good deal to you? No?! Hmmm...That's odd, there are, right now, more than one billion people accepting that deal from the other real estate agent in town. Here at our agency, we have a different way of doing business. We don't sell houses, we're GIVING THEM AWAY, but you wouldn't believe the trouble we're having moving them! These houses are so wonderful that they are literally priceless. We can't take your money for them because by yourself you couldn't ever possibly earn enough to meet the value of even a tiny fraction of the cost. We used to offer a family contract where you could get generations of your realatives together to help out but we found that even with that it was extremely seldom that ANYONE ever came close. We ran into problems where one person could have a moment of poor judgement and EVERYONE involved lost all they had already paid in. One day we finally lucked out. A guy came in and bought us out entirely! He bought, paid full value for every property we had on the books! It turned out that he wanted to keep us on, working for Him, only now our job is to find people to give these houses to. The Big Guy must be made of money too, because He's sparing no expense on fixing each place up. Everything's top of the line, state of the art, too good to be true and He insists on doing all the work himself to be sure there are no mistakes. Here, you take this, these are all the descriptions of what you can expect when you get there. Also, there are a few rules you need to know, they're right there in the book too. Oh wait! Here, you'll want his phone number too. He insists we give it out to everyone, even if they decide they don't want a house, just in case they change their minds later. He's never too busy to answer the phone and it's toll free. He always hears you, but you have to listen real close, sometimes, to hear Him. He's got a really quiet voice. When I call, sometimes I can't hear Him at all but if I'm patient and watch for it I find He ALWAYS comes through for me. I guess that's all, I think you'll really enjoy getting to know Him and I KNOW He's just DYING to meet you too!
