It wasn't too long ago
when nVidia started to dominate the graphics market with their TNT2
line and soon the TNT2 Ultra, basically a higher clocked TNT2.
At the time of Voodoo
3's, TNT2's and Savage 4's, nVidia was the primary option for most
buyers since the TNT2 proved to be the best option during that time.
nVidia then shipped in the TNT2 Ultra which ran at a higher default
clock speed. The default clock of the TNT2 was 125/150 and the
default clock of the TNT2 Ultra was 150/183. Quite impressive...
Enter Creative Labs...there
were many companies which released their TNT2 Ultras as well and here
comes creative with their own version, the 3dBlaster Riva TNT2 Ultra.
All TNT2 Ultras have the
same features in them since they're all running the same chip.
nVidia made the default clock 150/183 but there are some TNT2 Ultras
that run higher than what was given by nVidia. Creative however
took what nVidia said...
This card comes with a
TV-out connector...so you can play on your big-screen TV!!!
