have been trying to get you to answer for years.
Begin by answering the following in detail:
1. How many complaints have you had filed against you in the last 10 years?
2. How many times have these complaints been investigated?
3. Who participated in any investigation of your conduct?
4. What was the nature of each complaint filed against you?
5. What was the outcome of each investigation?
6. How many investigations are you currently involved in?
7. Were you ever denied a copy of any complaint filed against you?
8. Were you ever denied the name of any person who filed a complaint against
you?
9. What is the name of the client who filed a complaint against me?
10. Where is that complaint today?
11. Why is that complaint not in the State Certification files on my agencies?
12. Under what authority were you acting when you barred my employment at A Plus
Recovery?
13. How many other people's lives have you destroyed with anonymous complaints?
14. Did you benefit financially from Van Beek's private practice program of
providing services to OWI clients assessed and referred by employees under your
supervision.
15. Why did you allow Van Beek to continue to counsel clients and remain on the
provider list after he was arrested for burglary in 95?
16. Why did you allow Van Beek's agency to remain on the list after he was
arrested for burglary the second time?
I have tons of questions for you. But lets see if you can give honest answers to
those for starters.
My bet is that you won't answer any of them.
