The offer is I that I will settle for $ 0, if Brown County publicly admits their wrongdoings, apologizes, and gets rid of Mark Quam.

Trust me, the lack of public knowledge about my law suit, is of no fault of my own.

I want the corruption stopped so badly that I'll go so far as to say that I'd drop the law suit pursuit today - if Brown County would police its own employees and stop the corruption.

A fact that should be pointed out is that my legal pursuits have needlessly cost the tax payers a lot of money. I say this because I spent years begging top officials in BC to listen to me before I ever filed law suits.

Their answer to this point will probably be that they have insurance to cover the law suit so it doesn't matter. Well I say it does because how long will it be before the premiums skyrocket? How long will Mark Quam even remain insurable?

As for insurance covered attorneys, yea they have them - plenty of them. I was completely broke and had to file a pro se suit. Guess how many attorneys have worked on this case so far? 5! Can you believe that - 5 attorneys against little pro se Hommrich.

Talk about a stacked deck!!

Again, if Brow County would stop the corruption, the suit would be over. I will make a public offer of settlement to the insurance company right here today.

Of course we don't have to worry about Van Beek because as we all know, he self-destructed.

Money was never the issue for me - ending the corruption and misuse of power has always been may main goal.

If they want to continue - so be it. If I lose the present appeal, its up to the WI Supreme Court and then the US Supreme Court.

If I lose altogether, it can never be said that I gave into oppression and did not stand up for what I believe in.

Cheers,

Evie
