This is what happens to an honest Brown County Social Worker
Dave Fazer, was a social worker in the developmental disabilities unit at Brown County Human Services Department. John Cornette was his direct supervisor at the time of his issues with the department. Fazer alleges he was the victim of sexual discrimination due to his gender, marital status and retaliation due to his filing the initial sexual discrimination
complaint. The state investigator has found there is probable cause to hold a hearing
to determine if the allegations are true. Fazer has much documentation to back up his claims, the county human resources department has also much documentation to back up his claims.
The county is currently using the tax payers money to battle a case they should have settled three years ago
before litigation became the only option. Fazer also did his job by reporting possible wrongdoing to his superiors. His superiors either did not listen, did not want to listen or were involved in the wrongdoing in some way, shape or form. Fazer has done nothing wrong and has a clear work record. He has not committed a crime and has not violated any county policy. Fazer is currently being held from his job under the guise of unpaid medical leave. Fazer has been cleared by his three doctors and the county's doctor to return to work as soon as possible.
Instead of complimenting Fazer on a job well done, the county attempts to starve him and his family. Apparently they feel that Fazer will not be able to continue his legal battle if he can not afford groceries. Fazer did the right and honest thing, why is he being crucified? The public can draw their own conclusions on this matter. Why is a county manager allowed to act as John Cornette has? The public can draw their own conclusions on this matter also. Why has the county executive chosen to ignore the whole situation? The public can draw their own conclusions once again.
Long after 4 doctors cleared Dave Fazer to go back to work, Brown County finally lets him go back to work. They did not welcome him back to his position which still remains open, instead they assign him to a juvenile detention facility (Shelter Care). They put Dave Fazer, a male, in an office in the female wing of the facility. His office in a unused bedroom, right across from the bathroom. They also give Dave a key, which just happens to be able to open every bedroom on the wing!

and correct unethical conduct of colleagues.
d) Social workers should defend and assist colleagues who are unjustly charged
with unethical conduct.

Christopherson case. A pretty big story in Brown County these days. Mr.
Christopherson, a Brown County Social Worker has been
accused of defrauding disabled clients. If not for an honest person
like Dave Fazer, you would not even of heard of the Paul Christopherson case.

tax dollars well spent! Were sure you will find plenty of corruption in
the Brown County Human Dis Services Department! Special thanks to
Dave Fazer for cooperating with law enforcement. We hope law enforcement
cleans up Brown County!
