Introduction, Welcome Brown County Taxpayers!
This site is designed to give you some insight into how the Brown County (Wisconsin) government deals with issues of corruption and wrongdoing. Green Bay, the county seat for Brown County, is the home of the Green Bay Packers. Green Bay also has been named an "All American City", the Brown County Executive was quite proud when she accepted this award for Green Bay Mayor, Paul Jadin.
There are many issues covered in this site, we point out to you that the Brown County Government tends to "cover up" instead of "resolve" problems that arise. The Brown County government is headed by County Executive, Nancy Nusbaum. Ms. Nusbaum has taken the stance that if she doesn't hear about it, then it is not a problem. Ms. Nusbaum is an elected official and thus should listen to the concerns of her constituency.
Evelyn Hommrich had an AODA counseling agency. She was providing a much needed service. She refused to charge rates that her client's could not afford. She spoke up for what was right and just for the clients. Her reward? Mark Quam, the Human Services director, put her out of business because of a "complaint" that to this day, is nowhere to be found!
Rails to Trails is another example of how the County Government bulldozes over people's rights. Private property rights are being trampled upon, and citizens of southern Brown county, who live along the fox river are denied police protection. Please give our web site a look, we are attempting to shed light on some very important issues facing the citizens of Brown County.
