The African American Chamber of Commerce of San Joaquin County California was established in 1988. The mission of the Chamber is to empower
African American small businesses to have access and success in commercial and consumer marketplaces. It welcomes memberships from those African American businesses, and others whose agendas
encompass helping, and supporting African American businesses to grow and prosper. The African American Chamber Commerce seeks the highest level to meet the
challenges of helping African American small business owners. San Joaquin County is our scope of operation to assist African American business owners, youth, and adults strive for parity in the marketplace.

Chambers 3rd Annual Awards Gala Frank Withrow, poet, publisher and motivational speaker, will be the honored guest Dec. 21 at the third
annual Gala Awards and Christmas Banquet of the African American Chamber of Commerce. The event, starting at 6 p.m., will be held at the Stockton Memorial Civic Auditorium. Tickets
