HOSPITAL MAN

A man comes to after a long, serious operation. Still groggy, he notices heavy drapes covering the window in his room. He rings the bell and his doctor comes in with the nurse. The man asks "Why the heavy drapes?". The doc says "The building across the street is on fire, and we didn't want you to wake up and think the operation was a failure."
