Honour all living things, for we are of the bird, the fish and the bee. Destroy not life, save to preserve thine own.

The Supay¹ are an abomination to the Earth and must be destroyed before She can be returned to Her glory.

The Power that thy Mother hath granted thee shall not be used to cause harm, save against the Supay, but shall be called upon to preserve thy life and that of those in thy care.

The Aclla seek the same End, though by separate means; let not the Tiahuanaco and Chimú struggle against each other so long as there remains a common foe in the Supay and goal in the wounds of the Mother. Give thou hospitality to one another.

The Aclla depend on no man and can survive on those things which the Mother provides. Therefore, as the Mother is the only One to whom an Aclla indebted, an Aclla is answerable only to himself and the Mother.

While vengence may be sought, it must be sought only for the sake of the restoration of the Mother; anger is only justifiable in the prevention of the repetition of an injustice.

Do not disturb an animal in repose. Listen to a child's complaint. Be cordial to strangers.

Be aware of all things. Endure all things. Be removed from all things.

Let all your actions speak your reverence for the Mother and Her ways, and remember to always pay homage to She and Her Children, the Spirits. Furthermore, never forget that the Mother is the Child of the Greatest Spirit, and remember to revere IT alway, yea even above the Mother.

Have neither fear nor anxiety of Death, for it is but a brief phase in the endless Cycle of Life: even as Life arises from the stump of a tree, so will Life arise from your corpseand shall your soul return again to carry on its Battle for the Mother.

¹The Supay referred to seems to indicate not just the vile creature that roams the South American continent, but any crreature that bear the obvious physical taint of radiation. Animals (this includes humans) who have cross-mutated with other animals or plants in some horribly obvious fashion cannot, to the Aclla, be natural and must, therefore, be destroyed. Animals which have the ability to change from one shape to another, it should be noted, are considered to be at the worst messengers of the Spirits, or even Spirits (possibly gods?) themselves and are accordingly protected.

While most scientists contend that the abilities the Aclla exhibit are in every sense the effects of radiation, the Aclla insist that they possess gifts from the Spirits. Even the more open-minded amongst the Aclla and the people they serve may grudgingly admit that radiation has something to do with it, but the exact effects that create an Aclla are overseen and granted by the Spirits.

The point is one of a three-way debate between the Aclla, the assorted missionaries and the fact-finders who run into each other in the jungles. The missionaries wish the Aclla to repent from their 'devil worshipping' ways, the fact-finders want to know why the Aclla are different and the Aclla themselves just want to be left alone.
