Realty Listings provides a means for real estate professionals to have an easy to use internet solution for their property listings.

Our customized database can be used by all real estate professionals. Agencies can list all their brokers. Individual realtors can list their properties for sale.

This is currently being tested on another site and should be available here soon!

Please note:   Email functions will not operate on this server. Records which are usually validated by admin before being displayed to the public will be automatically displayed. Admin function disabled.

4 relational databases (Member registration, Realty Professionals, Property, Rentals)

• Fee based listings - property and rentals
• Display short listing which leads to full record
• Records will not be displayed until validated by the database administrator.

• Confirmation to user when record added (cost included for Property & Rentals)
• Customized Send record options (varies depending on user)

• External text file is used to hold the listing description (Property & Rentals)
• Favorites List - Create quick list to favorites (Property & Rentals)
• Autodelete routines - all databases
• Calculations for listing costs (Property & Rentals)
