Guest Book

The guest book application makes it so easy for a site administrator to have control over their guest entries. Our demo includes categories for the various sections of the site which enables the posting and viewing of messages to be specific to what the visitor wishes to comment on.

Once an entry is submitted you will receive a notification by email. You will then decide whether or not you want the entry displayed to the public and either validate or delete the entry.

Guest can choose to leave a public or private message. The email addresses of guest remain hidden to site visitors so there message will not initiate spam mail from your database.

This database can be customized to display categories of your choice to have this match the sections of your site.

Please note: Email functions will not operate on this server. Records which are usually validated by admin before being displayed to the public will be automatically displayed. Admin function disabled.
